At Miel.ae, we take pride in the quality of our luxury soy wax candles. Each item is carefully inspected before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged due to our mistake, we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.


Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We only accept returns or issue refunds if the product is:

  • Incorrect item sent due to our error

Important Notes:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.


No Returns or Refunds in These Cases:

  • If the item was damaged after delivery

  • If the candle has been used or opened

  • For reasons like change of mind or scent preference

  • On custom or sale items


How to Report a Damaged Item

  2. Include your order number and photos showing the issue.

  3. Our team will verify the issue and respond within 2 business days.
