What is your shipping policy?
- Standard Orders: Delivered within 2 to 4 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- CustomizedOrders (with logo): Require 5 to 7 business days for delivery.
- Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your location within the UAE.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, shipping services are only available within the United Arab Emirates, but we are working to expand to international markets soon.
Can I exchange products after purchase?
Products cannot be exchanged after purchase except in the following case:
- If an incorrect product was sent.
